I loved everything about this oceanfront cottage in Perkins Cove! The location was perfect for my husband and me to enjoy the quiet of the off-season in this beautiful coastal town. We were able to walk the Marginal Way multiple times, as well as to nearby restaurants, town, and the beach. The views from the house were fine, and the fully functional kitchen was a great feature. Jason, the host, was accommodating, even walking us through the hotel over the phone when we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved the location of the cottage, right on the water in Perkins Cove. It provided stunning views from the upstairs bedroom and a peaceful setting for our off-season stay. The convenience of parking our car and being able to walk everywhere was a major plus. We enjoyed walking the Marginal Way multiple times, exploring the local restaurants in the area and town, and even strolling to the beach. The house itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a luxurious leather couch. The fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals. Jason, the host, was incredibly accommodating, walking us through the property by phone upon our arrival. we had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back.

Great location right on the water and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved the view from the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed for cooking.
The lack of privacy was a bit of an issue. The front door and kitchen windows could use some curtains or blinds for privacy.
